Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No shows or cancellations without communication will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
